Disclaimer: Pinnacle Communications will provide internet connection speeds up to the level identified within the
Contract, but will not guarantee these speeds as they are typically outside of our control. Pinnacle Communications reserves the right to place restrictions on various traffic based upon network conditions, etc.
If the customer feels that their level of service speed falls below their expectations and also falls within the
parameters of a lower level of interconnection speed offered by Pinnacle Communications, then the customer may
choose to move to the lower internet speed and price without penalty. However, verifiable testing both by Pinnacle’s staff & the customer at different times & dates, speed tested with a Pinnacle approved test site & tool is required prior to Pinnacle accepting this condition. The customer must maintain the contract length/term until it has been fulfilled.
